Dwayne is a very supportive manager. He's always there for you when you need help and always motivating you. He often seeks our opinions on certain team arrangements as well. He puts in a lot of effort to ensure that everyone is taken care of and tries to bring out the best in everyone.

The team is very close-knit, very much like a family. Everyone is around the same age range so we can communicate well with each other, allowing for more cohesive collaborations.

I knew Dwayne as a friend before I joined him as an advisor. As he is comfortable to talk to and seem to always manage to provide good advices. He was a friend I looked up to & trusted. It is also admirable that he is always intellectually curious and is well versed in many topics. I find this a skill that is very attractive but rare in people that I have met.

Dwayne being someone with good work ethics, someone whose an advocate of growth and self improvements, has inspired us/me in many ways. Inspiring us to be young leaders and a better version of ourselves every single day.

As a young individual seeking career success, I am very fortunate to have Dwayne as my manager. Dwayne has not just performed his role as a supportive leader but also a capable one. Dwayne have been always been a supportive leader, pushing us to be the best version of ourselves and making us feel like we are part of a family in the team.
